2. Products and Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice
  • Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from actual products
  • We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but errors in pricing or product information may occur

3. Orders and Payment

Order Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by ToyThrive
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason
  • An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order
  • Orders are only confirmed once payment has been verified

Payment Methods

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay when you receive your order. Available for all areas within Sri Lanka.
  • Bank Transfer: Transfer the order amount to our bank account and upload the payment slip. Your order will be processed once payment is verified.

Payment Verification

For bank transfer orders, payment verification typically takes 1-2 business days. We will contact you if there are any issues with your payment.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and other factors
  • Colombo & Suburbs: 1-2 business days
  • Western Province: 2-3 business days
  • Other Provinces: 3-5 business days
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on delivery location
  • Free delivery is available for orders above Rs. 15,000 (to Colombo area)
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the product

5. Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused and in original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be included
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned product
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Warranty

  • Products come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty
  • Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship
  • Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
  • Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of ToyThrive or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToyThrive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
